Whilst many connectors are designed for signal level use, virtually all equipment has to recieve power to function correctly. Mains voltages or low voltage DC are common requirements and, of course, CIE-Components have products suitable for use in both these situations.

The Magnum series of barrier & terminal strips offers a wide range of power connectivity solutions including multi pole, high amperage barrier strips, with typical applications in motor drive controllers and power supply units.

EAC mains inlet/outlet receptacles are ideal for use in many applications where a detachable mains cable is preferred. These are available in numerous options including PCB mount, snap-in panel designs and hard-wired versions.

The low voltage DC power connector range includes unique lockable types where accidental disconnection could be a problem. Also available are the latest 0.65mm pin designs, ideal for use on portable equipment where space is often limited.
